Moullon VSOP is a French cognac that meets the official classification “Very Superior Old Pale.” This means that the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend has matured for at least four years in oak casks. Often, the distillates used are older, as producers combine different vintages to achieve a consistent flavor. Moullon VSOP is bottled at 40% ABV.
