Since 1842, Moët & Chandon has been creating vintage champagnes that capture the character of a single harvest year. The Grand Vintage 2016 is crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with proportions that vary from year to year. After the second fermentation, the champagne matures for at least five years in the bottle, gaining extra depth and complexity. The 2016 growing season featured a cool spring followed by a warm, dry late summer, resulting in grapes with ripe aromas and a refreshing acidity. This Champagne has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
