The Macallan Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a Scottish single malt whisky from the Speyside region. This edition is part of The Macallan’s Harmony Collection and was developed in collaboration with JING Tea. The whisky is inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea. The whisky has been matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks from Spain. This type of cask is used by The Macallan to influence colour and flavour development during maturation. The release is part of a limited series within the distillery’s range. The packaging of the Harmony Collection includes materials that are partly recycled, including fibres derived from tea production. This reflects the brand’s approach to sustainability.
