Kilchoman, 10 years - Loch Gorm 2026 Edition 70cl

This Scotch single malt is produced by Kilchoman Distillery, a so-called farm distillery where part of the barley is grown on its own land. Kilchoman is known for combining traditional production processes in a single location: malting, distilling, maturation and bottling all take place on Islay. This keeps the production chain short. For this edition, the producer has used maturation in casks that previously held Oloroso sherry. The name Loch Gorm refers to a dark-coloured loch on Islay, located close to the distillery.
