Kanosuke - Single Malt 70cl

The Kanosuke distillery is brand new and has only been operating since 2017. The modern distillery is located along Fukiagehama beach on the west coast of Kagoshima Prefecture. The single malt edition is the flagship of the Kanosuke distillery. Made from lightly peeled malt, with three different pot stills and aged in re-toasted American white oak barrels, which is used as a cask for barrel-aged shochu “Mellowed Kozuru.” Malted, fermented, distilled and aged in Kagoshima and Non-chill filtered.
