Jopen Whisky - Peated Single Malt 50cl

This whiskey is made from a mash of heavily peated malts. The malt was smoked on English peat. The whiskey has aged 5 on Slovenian oak, bourbon barrels and a small amount of 5 years on Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels. The result is a balanced taste with peaty notes, Slovenian oak and a hint of Pedro Ximenez.
