Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select 47% is an American Tennessee whiskey. During maturation, the whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal using the Lincoln County Process, which removes impurities and smooths the flavor. It then matures in new charred oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 47 percent alcohol by volume.
