Glenkinchie was founded around 1837 by George and John Rate. The distillery is located in rolling countryside known as “The Edinburgh Malt,” close to the Scottish capital. Glenkinchie - Distillers Edition is a Lowland single malt whisky that undergoes double maturation, including a sherry finish in Amontillado casks. It combines dry wine and nutty notes with soft malt, dried fruit, and light spiciness. The release is limited and annual, with recognition in international competitions.
