Ezra Brooks 99 Proof is a wheated bourbon, using wheat as the secondary grain alongside at least 51 percent corn. This gives the bourbon a soft, mellow flavor. It matures in new, charred oak barrels and is bottled without coloring or heavy filtration, preserving the natural oils and flavors. This whiskey is distilled in the beautiful USA and is bottled at 49.5% alcohol.
