Etsu Sakura is a Japanese gin produced in Asahikawa, on the island of Hokkaido. The name Etsu means pleasure in Japanese. This gin is a variation on the regular Etsu Gin and is specifically developed around the use of sakura, Japanese cherry blossom. Cherry blossoms and cherry leaves are among the botanicals used. This gin is bottled at 43% alcohol.
