This gin is distilled in the Alta Langa region in northwestern Italy and is produced using 100 percent organic botanicals. The recipe includes juniper berries, lemon oil, sage, licorice root, and rose. The gin is well suited to classic serves, such as a gin and tonic with a dry tonic and a slice of lemon, as well as cocktails that call for a pronounced botanical character.
