Drumshanbo - Single Pot Still 70cl

Drumshanbo is a whiskey crafted at The Shed Distillery, a small producer in the heart of Ireland. Their Single Pot Still is a traditional whiskey style that can only be made in Ireland. While single malt is produced exclusively from malted barley, Drumshanbo – Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey also uses unmalted barley and oats. After fermentation, the whiskey is triple-distilled and matured in a combination of Kentucky bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
