Leading producer and supplier of the best Scotch whiskies, Douglas Laing & Co, was founded almost 70 years ago by Fred Douglas Laing and is still family-owned. The company philosophy is to bottle, as the distiller intends, at high strength and non-chill filtered, so that the robust and unique character is retained. Big Peat is a small batch of traditional whiskies, consisting only of Islay malts with a firm character and a sweet side. Naturally non-chill filtered and not colored.
