De Kuyper - Blue Curaçao 70cl

De Kuyper Blue Curaçao is a blue citrus liqueur made from orange peels and herbal extracts. The liqueur is produced by Koninklijke De Kuyper in Schiedam, a distillery that has been active since 1695. For this liqueur, De Kuyper uses laraha peels from bitter oranges grown on Curaçao. The flavour is fresh and citrus-forward with light bitter notes. The blue colour does not affect the taste, but gives cocktails a distinctive appearance. Blue Curaçao is widely used in cocktails such as the Blue Lagoon and pairs well with vodka, rum and fruit juices.
