Bowsaw’s whiskey is distilled and matured in Owensboro and Louisville, Kentucky. The distilleries that produce Bowsaw have a combined 350 years of whisky-making expertise. It’s the mashbill that stands out and informs much of the characteristics of the Bowsaw Small Batch American Bourbon. It consists of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. After maturation in newly charred oak barrels this Bowsaw is packed full of character.
