Bonnington - Oloroso Sherry Cask 70cl

In the historic port district of Leith in Edinburgh, whisky was already being distilled as far back as 1798. This rich tradition was revived in 2017 when Ian Macleod Distillers opened Bonnington Distillery here. This single malt is matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. The whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving all its aromas. At lower temperatures, it may become slightly cloudy. This is a natural effect.
