Bacardí Carta Blanca is a sophisticated, white rum, ideal for making a perfect cocktail. Bacardí founder Don Facundo worked for 10 years on the recipe and ended up with a global best-seller. It may not seem like it, but this white rum matured in American oak casks for two years. Because it was filtered through charcoal it regained its transparency, but retained smooth vanilla and oak flavors.
