The Armorik distillery in Plomelin, France, founded in 1998, uses copper pot stills and local spring water. Yeun Elez refers to a Breton marsh and emphasizes its regional origin. The whisky matures in French oak casks for eight years, bringing out woody notes and gentle vanilla aromas, and has an alcohol content of 57.8%.
