Amaethon is the whisky from the bread and grain country. France has been cultivating and distilling barley since the Gauls, resulting in a strong French whisky tradition. In Celtic mythology, Amaethon is the god of agriculture. Following the French tradition of whisky, Amaethon is made from unique quality barley cultivated in France and aged in gentle wood, giving it few tannins and exceptional grain and bread notes.
