Aerolite Lyndsay, 10 years 70cl

Aerolite Lyndsey is a mysterious Islay single malt that was released recently by the Character of Islay Whisky Company. The peated whisky has been sourced from one of the many legendary distilleries currently operating on Islay. This single malt matured in standard ex-bourbon barrels but Spanish oak sherry quarter casks as well. The name? You might enjoy a puzzle and have already figured it out, but it is an anagram for ‘ten year old Islay’.
