Aber Falls - Sherry Cask (Welsh Single Malt) is a single malt whisky from Abergwyngregyn in North Wales. The whisky matures entirely in casks that previously held sherry, allowing both the wood and sherry influences to shape the spirit. Aber Falls is one of the first modern distilleries in Wales, established in 2017. The brand uses local spring water from the area around the Aber Falls waterfall, from which the distillery takes its name.
