Zuidam, 5 Y Genever 50cl

This genever combines the specific qualities of three different grains. The grain eau de vie (malt wine) is distilled from equal parts rye, corn, and malted barley. The malted barley provides the backbone of the drink. The corn adds a rich sweetness and the rye characterizes the spicy notes. The new distillate is distilled three times in a small pot still.
