The Irishman whiskey is the product of Walsh Whiskey, a family distillery founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. This distillery is located in County Carlow, Ireland, and has embraced the traditions of Irish whiskey making, while infusing it with innovation and a commitment to producing top-quality spirits.
