Redbreast Lustau is a collaboration between Bodegas Lustau, an historic sherry producer from Spain, and Midleton, the most prolific distillery in Ireland. It’s an Irish single pot still whiskey, meaning it is produced from both malted and unmalted barley. After triple distillation in copper pot stills it matured in casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau. The result is a finely sherried Redbreast.
