Founded by brother Lucien and Sylvestre Moullin in 1852, Moullon Cognac is located in the Grande Champagne — the foremost region in the French Cognac district. They managed to grow their company while maintaining a stirling reputation for the quality of their cognac. After both brothers passed away at the end of the 19th century, Moullon changed hands a few times. It is currently owned by Meukow, one of the big cognac houses in France. The Moullon Cognac 1e Grand Cru Champagne has a strikingly light appearance and has aged for at least 8 years. It is one of the few expressions of Moullon currently available.
