Long before Prohibition rye was a popular grain in many of the whiskies that were made in the United States. This Yellow Rose Rye is an homage to that period and is made from 95% rye, which is an incredibly high percentage. Yellow Rose Rye is made in Houston, Texas, at the eponymous distillery. It was founded in 2010 and has since gone from strength to strength.
