Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a whisky created by Sakuaro Brewery & Distillery, a Japanese company that imports single malts from different distilleries, including some from Scotland. They subsequently age this whisky in a 362-meter-long train tunnel in the former city of Togouchi. The temperature in this tunnel is always 15 degrees. The Sake Cask Finish spent its final three months in sake casks.
