The Observatory, 20 Y (0.7 ℓ)

Numerous lighthouses and observatories are scattered along the thousands of miles of rugged Scottish coastline. It’s these buildings that inspired master blender Stephanie Macleod for this new brand of long-matured single grain whisky. Most whisky drinkers are familiar with single malt, but single grain whisky is a largely undiscovered category. The Observatory 20 Y is a hidden gem that has benefited from a longer time in the cask.
