With the unique and patented freeze filtration "process, the vodka is brought to a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, causing the viscosity to change. The 'Silver Z carbon filter' then changes the molecular structure of the vodka and gives Elit her unique sophisticated character. Over a period of 2 to 3 days Elit is slowly brought back to room temperature and then bottled.
