It’s a wonderfully weird idea and incredibly different from anything you’ve ever seen before. Rumquila is made with and ultra-premium rum from Puerto Rico and super-premium tequila from the Mexican highlands of Jalisco. It is created by macerating each spirit at a high temperature for a surprising but rather delightful flavor profile.
