Starting production twenty years ago, Hellyers Road is the largest single malt whisky distillery in Australia. The distillery was founded by a group of dairy farmers, who knew their environment was perfect for sourcing pure and quality ingredients. It took patience and tenacity, but they finally persevered. Hellyers Road - Roaring Forty, named after the 40 km/h winds blowing in the local rain clouds, has aged in white American oak barrels. A rare chance to taste whisky from (literally) the other side of the globe.
