The Speyside region; a large valley, fed by mountain rivers and benefiting from a mild climate, is different than the rest of Scotland. This region produces mainly whiskies with a sophisticated and fruity character. Glenfarclas is one of the last remaining independent distilleries in Scotland and is located in the heart of Speyside. This legendary whisky is produced since 1865 by the Grant family.
