Giuseppe Giusti Il Classico 2 Gold Medals is a traditional IGP-certified balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, produced by the oldest acetaia in the world, founded in 1605. This vinegar is aged for at least eight years in oak barrels, using centuries-old techniques and barrels that are never completely emptied, which contributes to a unique flavor development. Perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, it is versatile in both cold and hot dishes, such as vinaigrettes, marinades, vegetables, meat, fish, or as an alternative to soy sauce in tartare or carpaccio.
