Akashi - Malt 50cl

De Eigashima Shuzo (White Oak) Distilleerderij staat in Akashi en produceert al sinds 1919 Sake en Shochu, een soort Japanse jenever. In 1984 kwam er een whiskyketel bij in een nieuwe kleine aangebouwde distilleerderij. Ze produceren maar 2 maanden per jaar Single Malt. Deze Malt is van verschillende leeftijden van 3 tot 7 jaar oud en heeft gerijpt op bourbonvaten, sherryvaten en Japans eiken. De whisky is typisch voor Japan; zeer zacht, licht en fruitig.
