Akashi - Red 50cl

De Eigashima Distillery (of White Oak Distillery) werd in 1888 opgericht om sake te maken. Een paar decennia later kreeg deze Japanse producent een vergunning voor whisky, maar pas in 2007 brachten ze hun eerste single malt op de markt. Akashi is de enige whisky die gemaakt wordt door een Toji (meester in de kunst van sakeproductie). Akashi is een blended whisky en waarschijnlijk aan de jonge kant, hoewel er geen officiële leeftijdsaanduiding op het label staat.
