Eerst gerijpt in een mix van ex-Oloroso Sherry, verse Amerikaanse eik en ex-bourbonvaten, wordt deze Ier vervolgens 12 tot 24 maanden gerijpt in de ex-Château Léoville Barton wijnvaten en is dus de allereerste Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, afgewerkt in Bordeaux wijnvaten! De verfijnde "French touch" komt in wilde rode bessen en enkele subtiele eiken tannines. Wat heerlijke zoete specerijen, citrus, rode appel, gerst en zoet dragen ook bij aan de "must taste" van deze expressie.
