Deze regio levert vooral whisky’s met een verfijnd en fruitig karakter. Glenfarclas is één van de laatste onafhankelijke distilleerderijen van Schotland en ligt in het hart van Speyside. Deze legendarische whisky wordt sinds 1865 door de famillie Grant geproduceerd.
