Mussini - Classico 250ml

The Mussini - Classico is a condiment based on a combination of cooked red and white grape musts, in particular Lambrusco and Trebbiano, combined with a small quantity of wine vinegar. This product has a lower level of acidity and turns out to be a winner in the case of all those connoisseurs who cannot tolerate products that are too acidic but prefer sweet and sour products. Well rounded flavour and mildly acid, naturally bitter-sweet. Ideal for mixed salads, steamed or fried fish, fried food, white meat, shellfish, fresh and soft cheeses.
