Dit is een speciale Balsamico Azijn omdat Estoublon al sinds 1489 een Franse producent van olijfolie en azijn is. Ze besloten de allerbeste Balsamico Azijn uit Italië te halen. Net als hun eigen producten, moest dit de allerbeste zijn. Dus natuurlijk is dit een gecertificeerde biologische Balsamico en het wordt gepresenteerd in een prachtige fles zoals alle Estoublon producten.
