    Shackleton 70cl
The famous explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton left behind whisky in Antarctica in the early 1900s. One century later it was discovered – frozen but undamaged. The Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky is inspired by that whisky. Master blender Richard Paterson (of The Dalmore and Jura) set out to create a whisky based on the flavor profile of Shackleton’s whisky. Created with single malt made in current Scottish distilleries, this is said to be a close but accessible replica of what Shackleton and his crew of explorers drank.
