Chivas Regal Extra 13 Y is een combinatie van het beste dat Schotland en Amerika te bieden hebben. Deze whisky is gebaseerd op de klassieke 12-jarige Chivas Regal, maar dan met een selectieve finish in vaten waarin voorheen Amerikaanse roggewhisky gerijpt heeft. Omdat slechts een deel van de whisky gefinisht is, ontstaat er een mooie balans tussen de traditionele Chivas en de Amerikaanse invloed. Deze Schotse blend is onderdeel van een serie met tequila, sherry en rum gefinishte whisky en is geïnspireerd op de 13 King Street Emporium van de Chivas Brothers in Aberdeen.
