Pure Kentucky - XO Small Batch 70cl
There’s no elaborate backstory here. Pure Kentucky XO is simply another very good small batch bourbon from Willett Distillery. At 12 years it is remarkably well-aged for whiskey that has matured in the warm climate of Kentucky. And 107 proof (which translated to 53.5 percent abv) it is also bottled at an impressive strength. It is on the spicy side and does very well in cocktails too, such as a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned.
