Glen Scotia 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a remarkable expression from the historic Glen Scotia distillery, one of the few remaining whisky producers in Campbeltown, a distinctive whisky region in Scotland, known for its maritime influence and rich whisky heritage, Campbeltown was once considered the "Whisky Capital of the World," home to over 30 distilleries in the 19th century. Today, only three distilleries remain, Glen Scotia, Springbank, and Glengyle (known for it's Kilkerran whisky), each producing distinct and highly regarded single malts. Campbeltown whiskies are known for their complexity, often featuring a balance of coastal salinity, fruitiness, and a subtle smokiness.
