Villa Isa - Nebbiolo da Barolo 70cl

Deze Grappa is gemaakt van de Nebbiolo druif, de basis van alle Barolo wijnen. Barolo is één van de mooiste Italiaanse wijnen en is dieprood en krachtig. De blauwe Nebbiolo druif heeft erg veel tannines, daarom is het niet de makkelijkste druif om wijn van te maken. Grappa, gestookt van de pulp van deze druif, zal ook erg krachtig en bitter zijn; zorgvuldig stoken en goed filteren is daarom van groot belang. Villa Isa heeft deze Grappa laten rijpen op eikenhout (affinata). De krachtige smaak combineert prima met het hout. Het resultaat is een rijke en stevige Grappa.
