Spey - Fumare 70cl

John & Robert Harvey startten in 1770 met het distilleren van whisky. In 1856 voltooiden zij de "Harvey's Codex" - het familierecept voor SPEY whisky, maar moesten uiteindelijk stoppen met distilleren. Uiteindelijk was het een van hun nazaten, John Harvey McDonough, die weer volgens dit oude recept ging distilleren. Fumare is Latijn voor ‘rokerig’ en dat is precies wat deze no age statement whisky is; de eerste peated single malt van Spey, voor het eerst op de markt gebracht in 2016.
