Säntis Malt - Dreifaltigkeit 70cl

Het was in Zwitserland lang verboden om alcohol te distilleren van graan. Toen het verbod eindelijk werd opgeheven in 1999, accepteerden de bierbrouwers van Brauerei Locher de uitdaging om de eerste Zwitserse single malt whisky ooit te maken. Dat is hoe Säntis Malt werd geboren. De distilleerderij/brouwerij gebruikt oude biervaten om hun whisky in te rijpen, onder andere voor Säntis Dreifaltigeit. Het bier is mooi in balans met de rokerigheid van deze single malt, die door Jim Murray is uitgeroepen tot beste single malt van Europa.
