Piazza Grande - No.4 Bianco, 4 years 250ml

Een blanke Balsamico van Piazza Grande, gemaakt door de Mussini familie. Officieel mag dit geen Balsamico heten, toch is het op de traditionele manier gemaakt. Ruim 4 jaar gerijpt op eikenhout en gemaakt van witte Trebbiano druiven. Milder en zachter, maar veel meer diepgang dan witte wijnazijn. Ideaal voor sauzen en dressings of, als vinaigrette, gemengd met goede olijfolie. Uiteraard kun je deze witte Balsamico ook gebruiken als je minder kleur op je bord wilt.
