This Gocce Balsamico is traditionally aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of 15 years. With no additives, it’s purely natural and refined by maturing in barrels made from seven different woods, including cherry, oak, and chestnut, each adding unique layers to its exquisite taste. Originating from an 18th-century farm, the Leonardi family has perfected balsamic production since the 19th century, cultivating their own Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes on 10 hectares of vineyards. This exclusive, small-batch balsamic reflects the unique climate of Modena, with its hot summers and cold winters ideal for slow fermentation. Enjoy with grilled vegetables, fine meats, fish, or even desserts.
