Deze bourbon is samengesteld uit 4 verschillende bourbon’s uit Kentucky die allemaal een andere Mash Bill hebben, de leeftijden van de gebruikte vaten variëren van 4 tot 15 jaar oud. Door deze samenstelling is Noah’s Mill een zeer complexe Small Batch bourbon waarin alle facetten waar een bourbon aan zou moeten voldoen mooi naar voren komen.
