Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is een exclusieve rum uit de Dominicaanse Republiek, beperkt tot 8.000 flessen. De basis is solera-gerijpte rum, waarin jongere en oudere lagen zorgvuldig worden gemengd voor een consistente smaak. Vervolgens wordt de rum aangevuld met Gran Reserva 15 Solera en drie jaar gerijpt in Tempranillo-wijnvaten. Dit proces geeft de rum een natuurlijke zalmroze kleur en subtiele aroma’s van fruit, hout en wijn. Insolito Wine Cask valt op door zijn roséachtige uitstraling, terwijl hij smaakt als een romige, fruitige rum met een delicate wijntoon. Gebotteld op 40 % alcohol.
